You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. z567 recommends using a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. You must notify z567 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. z567 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain password security.
As part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, z567 may require you to submit identity and address verification documents before processing withdrawals, applying certain deposits or as part of routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of residential address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
z567 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicence, copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise exploit the Platform or its content for commercial purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and browser meet the minimum technical requirements for accessing the Platform. z567 is not liable for service interruptions caused by your hardware, software or network connectivity.
z567 aims to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. z567 will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
All deposits to your z567 Account must be made through payment methods listed as currently available in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. The available methods and applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may change without prior notice.
You confirm that all funds deposited to your Account originate from legitimate sources and are fully owned by you. Deposits from third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or sources connected to unlawful activity are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
Familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on the Platform as educational context only. z567 makes no representation that any specific payment provider supports gambling transactions. Users must verify payment method availability in the cashier and review their payment provider's own terms before transacting. None of the payment providers named are affiliated with, endorsed by or endorsing z567.
Processing times for deposits vary by payment method. z567 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules or wallet provider compliance procedures. You may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and any applicable bonus terms. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
Processing times for withdrawals vary by method and are subject to compliance review on z567's side, the receiving payment provider's batch processing schedule and any active KYC review. z567 does not guarantee withdrawal speeds and specifically does not promise "instant" processing for any withdrawal method. First-time withdrawals typically require longer processing due to mandatory verification.
z567 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, breach of these Terms, or where compliance obligations require further investigation. Where a withdrawal is delayed for compliance reasons, z567 will notify the User and provide an estimated resolution timeframe where possible.
z567 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentive programmes at its discretion. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and the general bonus rules set out in this clause.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. For illustrative purposes: a 30x rollover on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
While any Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet stake restriction applies. This limit is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Placing bets above this threshold while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution table applicable to each promotion is published in the promotion-specific terms.
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through techniques including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, multiple accounts, collusion with other users, or any form of systematic bonus manipulation will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and potential permanent Account closure.
Specific rules governing individual betting markets, sports events, casino games and live dealer titles are published within the relevant section of the Platform. These game-specific rules supplement these Terms and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the Platform.
A bet or wager is not accepted until you receive a confirmed bet reference from the Platform. z567 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, including but not limited to: where the bet exceeds account-level or market-level stake limits, where there is suspicion of information advantage, or where technical errors may have generated incorrect odds.
Where odds, payouts or game outcomes are generated due to an obvious error, system malfunction or data feed failure, z567 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to users' Accounts. No profit may be claimed from bets placed on demonstrably incorrect odds.
Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and international T20 fixtures — are among the primary sports offerings on z567. Match settlement follows the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council). In the event of abandoned or suspended matches, specific rules regarding settlement will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, potential permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, frame, scrape, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without z567's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of z567's intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z567 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Personal data collected from users is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, responsible gambling safeguarding and regulatory compliance. z567 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z567 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
For Pakistani users specifically: z567 does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan. Users access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial legislation governing gambling activities.
z567 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, z567 will endeavour to notify registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform in advance of the changes taking effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account by contacting support.
